Egnyte Celebrates Customer and Partner Innovation With 2025 Spark Awards

At Egnyte, our greatest inspiration comes from our customers and the companies we partner with to bring our best-in-class secure content collaboration to them. The Spark Awards celebrate this partnership—shining a global spotlight on the ingenuity and impact these companies achieve every day. It’s our way of recognizing that "spark" of a brilliant idea that—when powered by our platform—ignites company-wide transformation. 

This year, we are thrilled to honor five companies that have been instrumental in helping Egnyte redefine what's possible in content collaboration, intelligence, and data governance. The winners were announced live at our 2025 Global Summit in San Francisco on November 12. 

The Visionary Award for Content Intelligence: BNBuilders 

The Visionary Award recognizes the true pioneer who is harnessing the power of AI and machine learning to unlock the hidden value within unstructured content. This year's award goes to BNBuilders for overhauling its digital ecosystem to create a secure, unified source of truth, establishing a new standard for sensitive content governance.  

The company's strategic adoption of AI modernized workflows and delivered quantifiable business value, eliminating an estimated $585,000 in annual costs previously lost to inefficient file retrieval. BNBuilders' use of AI as a strategic differentiator in its sales process showcases a broad application of the technology's value. 

The Guardian Award for Data Governance: ERRG 

The Guardian Award honors the organization that masterfully architected a comprehensive security and governance framework to protect its most critical content. ERRG is this year's winner for its exceptional use of Egnyte's Secure & Govern suite to build a robust security framework and meet CMMC compliance standards for federal contracts. 

ERRG significantly reduced risk by migrating from a legacy on-premises system to Egnyte’s secure cloud platform. The team implemented granular access control to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and sensitive project data. By using Egnyte, the company is on track to attain CMMC Level 2 compliance and can meet stringent U.S. federal security mandates with greater efficiency and less manual oversight. 

We were impressed by ERRG’s comprehensive use of our entire platform and its focus on protecting sensitive data stored both within Egnyte and other external repositories. We also thank ERRG for providing valuable feedback on product enhancements and for being a true design partner for Egnyte! 

The Collaboration Catalyst Award: Bowman 

The Collaboration Catalyst Award celebrates the company that revolutionized how its teams, partners, and clients work together. This year, we honor Bowman for its remarkable transition of 100 offices and numerous acquisitions to a nearly entirely cloud-based system. 

Bowman successfully consolidated data sources and migrated to a unified repository with Egnyte, which is now used company-wide. The company streamlined its processes for creating project folders and enabled their teams to collaborate on massive and complex files in the cloud. A significant win was the elimination of on-premises file servers and the reduction of VM server needs in most offices. 

Also impressive are Bowman’s diverse use cases (including our hybrid solution for low-bandwidth offices) and seamless app integrations for improved workflows. 

The Industry Impact Partner Award: ARKANCE 

This year’s Industry Impact Award celebrates ARKANCE, a partner that demonstrates outstanding industry expertise, innovation, and customer impact. After integrating our Egnyte platform into its technology portfolio, this architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) technology solution provider quickly recognized its broader potential value for its global client base. With a deep industry understanding, the ARKANCE team has been instrumental in developing the Egnyte platform. We’re excited to have ARKANCE taking the initiative and spreading the word to advance our unique ability to help AEC customers thrive. 

The Managed Services Champion Award: Rudick Innovation and Technology 

Our 2025 Champion Award celebrates Rudick Innovation and Technology for its excellence in delivering comprehensive managed services offerings that optimize the Egnyte platform. Rudick actively works to understand its customers and seek out ways to leverage AI for their growth. For more than a decade, this deeply trusted expert has enthusiastically promoted Egnyte to leaders in AEC and other industries. Nearly every month in 2025, Rudick welcomed a new Egnyte customer into the fold, bringing our innovative tools to help drive seamless collaboration, secure information-sharing, and streamlined operations. We're truly grateful for Rudick’s dedication to our customers, our partnership, and our mission.
